Millennium Challenge Account-Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) is a trustee institution formed by the Government of Indonesia as the implementer of Compact Program.
"I am confident for the success of this cooperation program since this program reflects a solid alignment between our country’s sustainable development and the U.S. Poverty Reduction Program. This program will not only benefit our two countries, but also will give positive impact to a broader context, especially in supporting the United Nation’s Scaling-Up Nutrition and the multi-country Open Government Partnership.

"The very unique thing about the compact program with MCC is that they really made sure that this is Indonesia-driven, that the ownership is with Indonesia, that these are programs that we design, that we formulated and that it’s worthy of the funds that are available. And I think we all agreed that as a result of that and as the result of the cooperation between us that we have three very innovative, very creative and very beneficial programs that we all very proud of.− Dino Patti Djalal
